On Christmas Day, it will be almost exactly 6 months since we moved out of our previous home. During the holidays this year, we have missed living in our old house more than ever. I decorated for Christmas a bit in our current home, but many of our decorations are in storage and there simply isn’t room to do much here. Luckily though, I recently realized I never shared our bedroom last Christmas, so I have something all new for you! Welcome to our former Christmas bedroom in shades of green!
Christmas Bedroom
I chose to use green as a compliment to the update we did in this space a couple of years ago. I love the color scheme for this space and plan to do something similar in our next home.

The Tree
I absolutely loved the way this tree came out last year. A small amount of this beautiful soft green went a long way. I also used white, silver, and gold on my tree for a more elegant look. The tree is flocked, but some green shows through, which is nice.
Without the lights, the shades of green are equally beautiful.

I used lots of candles, light-up glass trees and a few extra ornaments to complete the look.
A Bit More
Do you remember how Bailey sweetly posed under our soft blue tree when he was little? Well, he doesn’t fit anymore, but you can almost always find him napping with a tree nearby offering a magical Christmas moment.
I’ll have one or two more spaces on the blog soon. And after the holidays, we should have some great progress on our next home to share as well!
