Our pretty little Texas town was developed within a forest. The main roads are lined with trees on each side. The trees are so thick, it can be difficult to find our shopping centers. Especially in the spring time.
We share the land with white-tailed deer, red foxes, and cottontails.
Each year, I look forward to this glorious season. Our surrounding become increasingly beautiful. The trees are filled with fresh new leaves in shades of green that only exist in the spring. Tiny spotted fawns can be seen at the edge of the forest with their mothers. And spring also brings wildflowers. If you’ve never seen spring wildflowers in Texas, be sure to bucket list it!
While I can’t quite capture the beauty of Texas wildflowers in my home, I can add seasonal blooms in pretty pastels for a romantic spring dining room.

This year, I chose shades of pink and peach for my spring dining room.
Whether we are entertaining for Easter or any other spring gathering, I love to start with flowers.
I made an easy centerpiece in my favorite pedestal vase to be the star of the room. It is perfect for this time of year and it only took a few minutes to assemble. (I will share a full tutorial later this week).
I used white and gold dinnerware to keep my color palette warm.
The breathtaking chargers and goblets are by one of my favorite brands, Arte Italica. You may remember this outdoor tablescape with additional Arte Italica pieces. I also created a colorful tablescape using their pewter rimmed dinnerware. I love their pieces so much, I have partnered with Arte Italica again to share additional gorgeous handcrafted collections.
I adore spring and I hope you do too. Be sure to check back Thursday for my full house spring tour and also later this week, I’ll provide step by step instructions for my spring arrangement. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can still get my pedestal vase in time to create an arrangement like this for Easter!

What is the rule of thumb for ironing tablecloths? Some do, some don’t…why? when?
Hi Julie! Great question! I think it depends of the look you want to achieve. If I am going to the effort of using a tablecloth for a holiday meal or for dinner with guests, I typically iron or steam any harsh fold lines out. It just takes a few minutes. Beyond the fold lines though, I think linen tablecloths still look great with light natural wrinkles. I hope this helps!
beautiful tablescape! I am in love with your wine glasses…so elegant!
I have just started a photography course and have been studying all my fellow bloggers styles! I love the way your photos make so much impact without being cluttered. My photos are a hot mess! LOL….but I will figure it all out eventually! LOL
Happy Easter.
Everything is gorgeous and elegant! The flowers are stunning and I love your dining room chairs (we have the same ones!!) Looking forward to the tour! Happy Easter!
