Creating a dining room vignette is one of my favorite decorating tasks each season and holiday. So when a chance to join a fabulous group of bloggers for a fun seasonal hop came up, I was thrilled.
Today’s group will be sharing their spring decorated mantels and vignettes for a Seasonal Simplicity blog hop. Our host is the talented Krista from The Happy Housie.

Welcome to our home!
We recently added a console to our dining room and it provides the perfect spot for a seasonal display. In fact, it is visible from the entry hall and helps make our home feel more inviting.
For my dining room vignette, I had a few pieces I knew I wanted to use.
First, this beautiful new blue glassware by a company I adore, Arte Italica. Aren’t they stunning?
Also, I love this small swirl vase.
When styling the dining room, I love to include food into my vignettes as well.
A pretty dessert makes a home feel more inviting.
My planter and temple jar make a nice back drop for the cake stand.
The fresh flowers offer beauty, and in the case of the hyacinth a lovely fragrance.
My vignette only took a few minutes to assemble. It is wonderful to get in the habit of putting pretty groupings such as this together.

Hello again!
I am still trying to track down some of these beautiful blue goblets by Arte Italica.
In the meantime, since colors can come across so different on a computer screen, I thought perhaps you might be able to confirm the hue of blue these goblets are, i.e. – more purple/blue, cobalt blue, french/medium blue, dusky blue, etc.?
Thanks so much!
Hello Marilyn,
I wish I could help you, but it appears that they may be discontinued. So sorry. I’m not sure how to label the color, buy my images are very similar, but perhaps a bit brighter to the color to the actual glasses. I will continue to watch for them or something similar though.
xo,
Jennifer
